Pamela has a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology/ Exercise Science. She graduated Phi Kappa Phi with highest honors within the top 4% of all college graduates at California State University of Northridge. The college awarded her a grant for “meritorious graduate studies” for her research study on how “a 10-week exercise program can improve coronary artery disease risk factors….”
Prior to her move to the South Carolina area, Pamela administered fitness assessments for the Los Angeles Lakers, the Los Angeles Sparks, the Los Angeles Ice Dogs, competitors for the Ultimate Fighting Championship, and the Los Angeles Fire Department. She also worked as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist on weekends and per diem for the cardiac rehabilitation programs at leading hospitals within the Los Angeles area. She would design and implement individual and group programs for heart and lung transplantation patients, coronary valve repair/replacement, angioplasty, and coronary bypass graft patients to measurably increase their quality of life, their fitness abilities, and their independence.
Pamela’s extensive education, experience, professionalism, and commitment to a high standard help others to reach optimum health and maintain their diverse fitness goals. As a business owner, wife, and mother, she truly understands the challenge that adults face in reaching their fitness goals. Pamela knows, all too well, how the demands of a hectic, stressful lifestyle or an unexpected medical condition can limit or become an excuse not to exercise or eat well. She makes it easy for men and women to honor their commitment to fitness by creating a challenging, non-competitive, supportive, and fun environment while adjusting workouts to match individual levels.
